Spirits

Vodka - $18/bottle

-Distilled through a four-plate column still and finished in a copper pot still. Produced from 100% Indiana grown corn.

BLackberry Eau De Vie - $29/bottle

-Marion blackberries are macerated in neutral grain spirits, then distilled in our copper pot still to extract only the essential character of the blackberries.

Stamper’s creek rum - $39/bottle

-Full-bodied, double pot-distilled Rum. Notes of baked and buttered sweet potato, brown sugar, and raisins.

Sonroho immature brandy - $27/bottle

-Made with Catawba grapes, giving an intense grapefruit and apricot nose, Mezcal-like favor. Double pot distilled in the tradition of a French Eau De Vie.

White Bourbon Whiskey - $19/bottle

-Double pot-distilled white whiskey made from 60% corn with wheat, oats, and a specialty barley malt. Aged for ten minutes in a neutral oak barrel.

Old clifty hoosier apple brandy - Bottled In Bond - $55/bottle

-4-year aged Bonded Apple Brandy made from several varieties of apples then aged in once-used re-charred red wine barrels. Notes of toffee and cinnamon.

Lee W. Sinclair 4-Grain Bourbon - Bottled In Bond - $55/Bottle

-4-year aged Bonded Lee W. Sinclair 4-Grain Bourbon. Sweet and savory aroma with a rounded depth of flavor. Notes of caramel, vanilla, ginger, and cardamom. Subtle sweetness with hints of nut and pepper to finish.

William Dalton Wheated Bourbon - Bottled In Bond - $55/Bottle

-Bonded bourbon with a burnt amber and rosewood appearance. Notes of eucalyptus, honeysuckle, caramel, and jasmine flower.

The Mattie Gladden High Rye Bourbon - Bottled In Bond - $55/bottle

-Bonded bourbon with a high-rye mash bill. Aromas of freshly baked bread, honey, and anise. Notes of ginger, eucalyptus, and a hint of citrus. Heavy legs on the glass.

The Morning Glory Kasha Bourbon - Bottled In Bond - $55/Bottle

-Bonded toasted buckwheat bourbon with a burnt amber and rosewood appearance. Notes of toasted kasha and a light herbaceous quality resembling mint with a hint of roasted malt.

Old Tom Gin - $29/bottle

-A throwback to pre-prohibition era, 19th century gin. Balanced with citrus notes, juniper, and spices.

Aquavit - $29/bottle

-A Scandinavian spirit with a unique blend of botanicals such as caraway, coriander, dill and juniper, among others.

Maple Syrup Barrel Rested Aquavit - $39/bottle

-Our Aquavit that has been rested for a year in maple syrup barrels. Only three barrels produced.

Absinthe le Bleu - $39/bottle

-Derived from botanicals with a distinct licorice and anise flavor. Made in the Swiss style.
